This course builds on the knowledge and skills obtained in previous courses with an emphasis on creating design solutions for residential and nonresidential spaces. Focus will be on styles of design, zones, traffic patterns, elevation design, and efficient arrangement based on space and positioning of walls, doors, and windows. Students will apply design techniques to hands-on projects, preparing them for postsecondary education and careers.
