Students will synthesize and adapt approaches to using drawing media, techniques, and processes to develop a personal style and voice. They will present a personal exhibition and justify curatorial choices that communicate meaning. Students will discover how artists often work in collective studios and develop a collegial environment that thrives on giving and receiving constructive criticism. Students submit a portfolio of original work to meet the requirements for the AP Exam to demonstrate the competencies as identified by the College Board. This course may be repeated once for credit.
