This course provides opportunity for students to develop the related knowledge and skills that are needed in a health/allied health specialization (dental assisting, medical assisting, nursing assisting, mental health services, EMT, pharmacy technician, physical therapy technician, etc) or general healthcare track. Topics may include infection control, safety, body mechanics, communication, and understanding human behavior.
